The main feature will be Destiny (1921), directed by Fritz Lang and starring Lil Dagover. A story of love triumphing over death, this film was much admired by Hitchcock and Bunuel. Courtesy of Murnau Stiftung. It will be presented and accompanied by silent film composer Stephen Horne. The first half of the programme will comprise a short about sky scrapers called Sky High, and a Max Fleischer cartoon.
