When Marvin Acme is murdered Toon-style, down-at-heel gumshoe Eddie Valiant must face his own past in Toontown if he is to uncover the truth behind the killing and figure out who framed Roger Rabbit. It’s Hollywood 1947: dress appropriately!

Robert Zemeckis demonstrates his skill at marrying state of the art effects with live action, illiciting fantastic performances from Bob Hoskins, Christopher Lloyd and Kathleen Turner as the voice of Jessica Rabbit.

Preceded by stand up from:

Alasdair Beckett-King: Winner of New Act of the Year 2014 at the Bloomsbury Theatre, So You Think You’re Funny finalist 2013, and one of our absolute favourite comedians, we are thrilled to welcome Alasdair.

Stephanie Laing: Nominated for the Leicester Mercury Comedian of the Year award at the upcoming Leicester Comedy Festival, Steph is smart, silly and very funny.

Sarah Keyworth: Sarah brings surreal observations and funny tales from her own life.

Jack Heal: Winner of the nationwide Chortle Student Comedy Awards in 2008, Jack’s gags are as sharp as the pointiest thing. As a professional physicist he is probably better placed to say what that would be so I will just use the clichéd “pin”. Yes, sharp as a pin.

Benji Waterstones: Winner of Beat the Frog 2014, and finalist in both So You Think You’re Funny and Leicester Square New Comedian in 2014, Benji brings delightful observations and a gentle stage presence.

George Erlanger: Off-kilter and original, we’re delighted to welcome George back to the comedy combo and excited to see what he has for us.

Hosted by our very own Alice Matthews.

We strongly advise booking tickets in advance from Here Shop or Bristol Ticket Shop to avoid disappointment.
