From a reviewer who actually paid attention
It seems like some of the reviewers didn’t pay close attention to the film. They never say you have to BE vegan. In fact, they say you don’t even have to be fully plant-based. The point is to minimize animal products and maximize plants in your diet. Another reviewer wrote “the move more eat less model hasn’t worked and never will” – again, the film specifically says that exercise is not where the focus of weight loss should be. Nor do they ever say eat less. It’s about optimizing nutrition in your diet while minimizing empty calories. PLEASE actually pay attention to the movie if you are going to review it.

I thought it was excellent and well-informed, and even open-minded toward those who aren’t interested in a fully plant-based diet.
